Ladue PrioryJames BaerClick here for the game – Ladue won its 10th game of the year, and it was an impressive one n a convincing 42-7 win over the Priory Rebels in the district semifinals Thursday night at St. Louis U. High.

Ladue meets the winner of Westminster-Sullivan Monday night.

Malcom Davis scored three times for Ladue on runs of 14, 3 and 1 yards.

Davis plays both fullback and linebacker. His scored on the first play of a series on the Priory 14 following a mishandled punt out of the Priory end zone.

Ladue held a commanding 21-0 halftime lead and forced another running clock in the final half.

It was another night of passing for senior QB Matthew Hooper who threw for more than 100 yards including a 47-yard first half TD pass to speedy Ryan Glazer.

Nathaniel Howard and Chris Boudoures played particularly strong game on defense.

Ladue’s defense held Priory scoreless. The Rebels solo tackle came on an 85-yard TD kickoff return in the second half, cutting the lead momentarily to 28-7.

Newcomer Daylen Edwards found the end zone on a 15-yard run and Hooper scored on a one-yard plunge after setting up the score with a 20-yard pass to Duncan Cannon to the Rebels one yard line.

Ladue is 10-1, winning the last 9 games on the schedule.

Nathaniel Howard and Malcom Davis were co-players for Ladue in the Rams impressive 42-7 win over Priory in the district semifinals at St. Louis U. High.

Howard leads Ladue in tackles and had a key stop late in the game. Davis scored on runs of 14, 3 and 1 from his normal blocking position in the Ladue backfield. Click here for the game
