Overtime
was the word of the night, all the following were decided in the extra stanza,
with two highly ranked teams winning by a field goal..
1) St Genevieve (#5 class 3)edged Festus 10-7 and the #1ranked class 4 team,
Camdenton beat the # 5 ranked class 5 team, Kickapoo, 16-13.
2) St Charles West outlasted Holt in a wild one 46-40! Holt continues to
pile up some huge offense numbers.
3) Ritenour won a Suburban North game 6-0 over Riverview Garden in OT
Webb City #3, class 4 team shut out the Jays of Jefferson City in a big win for the Cardinals as they stepped up two classes against the powerful Jays

1) Grandview (KC) knocked off #4, Class 5 Belton 44-35!
2) JF Kennedy upset the Ritter Lions 20-14 in AAA action
3) Biggest shocker of night to a ranked team, Charleston Bluejays took it
to Caruthersville (Class 2, #8) 46-0!
4) Strafford knocked off Marionville Comets (Class 1, #3) 21-6!

Cameron Dragons continue scoring points like a pinball machine as they pounded
Chillicothe 42-6. For 2nd straight week, Drew Newhart threw for 6 TD! The
Dragons have scored 151 points in 144 minutes of action in 05!

Dorado Springs put up 40 1st half points as they blasted Springfield Catholic
46-0.
Corey Kethum had 13c/ 173 yds with 2 TD and QB Kellen Hoover was 6-8, 157
yards, scored 2 TD and threw for 2 more for this #3 ranked Class 2 team.
Chad Shockley led St James Tigers to 2nd consecutive win by scoring 6 TD. This talented athlete rushed 20 times for 262 yards in a slugfest with Union 55.27. Coach Brett Eckley, who moved to Union from Montgomery County where he was 28-2 in last 3 years has his offense in high gear and now will work on the defense for the Wildcats.
BATTLE
OF THE UNBEATENS ON FRIDAY (each team was 2-0 Friday morning)….
1) Platte County (Class 3 #1) had their way over Benton(St Joe) 34-9
2) Behind Zane Robison 38 carries for 289 yards, Trenton rushed by Plattsburg
35-21.
3) Farmington Knights(Class 4 #3) bested Windsor Owls 31-7 on their new
home turf.
4)Liberty Bluejays handled Rock Bridge 26-7 (Class 6 #4)
5)Rockhurst (#1, Class 6) shut out Blue Springs South (class 6 #3) 27-0
Parkway Central’s exciting 20-19 win over Summit Falcons due to a spectacular catch by Antonio Brown with 1:15 left on a 36 yard bomb from Joey Hoffman kept this exciting series going between these two St Louis County rivals.
